Career Development Opportunity and Training (CDOT) was established in the year 2001 under the Indian Trust Act. From its inception, CDOT has trained over 1lakh+ unemployed youth in India and has successfully created more than 20% of the candidates as Entrepreneurs and the rest of them have been supported to be placed in the Industry.

With these prestigious associations, CDOT would provide offline training / Instructor lead training models in the Higher Educational Institutions in India. The training would be a blended model, where the student will not just have access to the online self-learning modules, but would be assisted by an Instructor who would provide hands-on learning experience on live projects.
